Our step-by-step process allows you to be as involved in the design as you wish, ensuring that each piece is crafted to. Experience the joy of owning stunning jewellery that is truly one-of-a-kind.
CAD Design
David will take your ideas and design your piece using cutting edge jewellery design software. This can be almost anything and created as a one off personal piece or as part of a branded range.
Visual Render
Once we have a design you are happy with we can provide digital renders to allow you to see images similar how your piece will look when complete.
3d Printed
Now we have the design perfect for you we can 3d print a prototype/casting blank which we can use as a real world example.
Cast in Silver
The next stage in the process is casting in precious metal. This will always be done in silver but various other metals are available. If the piece is to be reproduced we can have a rubber mold made which allows for repeat casting.
Finishing
The final stage in the manufacturing process is finishing. This is all done by hand in our workshop where the item is deburred and then polished to the required finish.
Packaging
All finished pieces will be packaged in a Bracken Moor display box. We can also accommodate some custom and personalised packaging requests.
